Dr Bailey is a full member of the Australian Psychological Society and the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists and an accredited supervisor with the Psychologists Board of Australia. She is currently the Chair of the APS Sunshine Coast Branch and a committee member of the College of Clinical Neuropsychologists, Queensland section. Dr Bailey has worked in several areas of neuropsychology within both private and public sectors. Nicholas is a registered Clinical Psychologist in private practice in Canberra. Originally from NZ, he completed his internship year working in an Adult Community Mental Health Service. Prior to moving to Australia in 2016, he worked for a Child and Adolescent Mental Health Service in their co-existing mental health and drug and alcohol youth service. Whilst trained in a number of different therapeutic techniques, Nicholas predominately uses a cognitive behavioural therapy and schema therapy approach to his work. He sees clients from across the lifespan, working with children, adolescents, and adults. Nicholas is experienced in working issues including mood disorders, anxiety, and obsessive compulsive obsessive disorder, and neurodivergence.

Dr Kennedy is an experienced expert witness, having written over 12,000 independent psycho-legal reports and reports regarding criminal, family, children’s, civil and compensation matters, including 650 child protection and 1000 family law matters, including single expert family reports, individual psychological and psycho-sexual evaluations, including over 1500 involving criminal law matters, and has given evidence to the Courts on several hundred occasions. He has specific training and expertise in family evaluation, psycho-sexual and parental risk evaluations, psychological evaluation, and review.

Dr Hughes has worked internationally and interstate in clinical roles in non-government, health, and forensic mental health settings, as well as academic research positions. Her training and experience allows her to combine clinical and forensic expertise to provide comprehensive assessments and expert reports that address clinical and forensic issues. She has extensive experience assessing clients with a wide range of conditions including acquired brain injuries, substance use disorders, neurological conditions, neurodegenerative disorders, mental health disorders including personality disorders, and complex interactions of these conditions. She has particular interest and expertise in brain injury, capacity assessments, individuals with complex presentations and forensic assessment. She is a trained assessor in Permanent Impairment for Motor Accidents Authority, Workcover and Comcare. She has been a medico-legal assessor since 2003 and consults on Fitness for Duty assessments, Personal Injury and damages claims for selected legal cases, life insurance and defendant insurance company referrals.
Dr Thomas has both clinical competence and academic skills training in psychometric testing. She has interviewed, administered, interpreted and reported on a number of tests in a variety of contexts including occupational, clinical and forensic settings. Her expertise incorporates tests of aptitude, cognition, executive functioning and personality as well as work safety, malingering, emotional intelligence and skills-based assessments and includes NEO, MMPI, WAIS, WISC amongst many others.
Dr Thomas has over 30 years of clinical experience in public hospital and community facilities, private practice and occupational and academic arenas. She has provided assessment and management of children and adults with a wide range of psychiatric and psychological conditions, including psychotic disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD, depressive disorders and anxiety.
