Her tenure at Royal Darwin Hospital has seen her evolve from a rotational clinical midwife to her current role as an Clinical Midwife in the Delivery Suite, where she leads multidisciplinary teams in managing complex births and emergencies.

Natalie Foxcroft is an experienced Occupational Therapist providing occupational rehabilitation services to workers, insurers, and employers since 2010. Seema’s expertise further lies in reviewing clinical incidents and providing evidence-based analysis for cases involving negligence, psychological injury, documentation gaps, medication errors, duty of care breaches, and staff-related injuries.
