Dr Andrew Tsoi is a Gastroenterologist and Hepatologist based in Melbourne. He is currently working in a public consultant position at Eastern Health and in private practice where he manages a broad range of gastrointestinal conditions, performing both diagnostic and therapeutic endoscopy.

Dr Athar Mohammed is an Emergency Medicine Specialist with extensive experience in the assessment and management of acute and complex medical presentations.

Dr Azita Moradi is a well regarded and qualified Consultant Psychiatrist withextensive experience in general adult psychiatry and psychotherapy. She has a special interest in mood and anxiety disorders, women’s mental health, grief and loss, as well as adjustment issues. She is also an experienced independent medicolegal examiner with more than 17years’ experience providing expert opinion and assessments for Fitness for Duty, Total and Permanent Disability, ComCare, and Department of Veteran Affairs.

Dr Matthew Gutman is a highly experienced Neurosurgeon and Spinal Surgeon practising in Victoria, Australia. He holds an MBBS (Hons), DipYW and FRACS in Neurosurgery, and is a recognised expert in the full spectrum of neurosurgical and spinal care. His clinical appointments include senior roles at major public hospitals such as The Alfred and Austin Hospitals, as well as private practice through Cabrini and specialist clinics, giving him broad exposure to complex neurological and spinal conditions across diverse patient populations.

Dr Matthew Tuminello is a specialist Rehabilitation Physician with a focus on complex neurological and multi-trauma rehabilitation, as well as interventional spasticity management. He obtained his Fellowship with the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM) in 2018 and is a registered medical practitioner in Australia.

Dr Crowe has been in a busy surgical Orthopaedic practice for over 34 years, this has involved a great deal of private consulting and private operating as well as consulting and operating in the Victorian public sector at the Western Hospital Footscray. Initially he consulted and operated on the shoulder Elbow, wrist, hip, knee, and ankle. for the last 10 years he has concentrated mainly on surgery of the shoulder hip and knee.

Dr Mathew brings extensive international and Australian experience, coupled with skill and compassion to clinical care. He is a supervisor for trainee surgeons and until recently led a large unit at Western Health as the Head of Gynaecology.

Tim Wolff is a dual APA Titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and APA Titled Sports and Exercise Physiotherapist, Exercise Physiologist, and TAC Clinical Panel Consultant with over 20 years of experience across surgical triage, complex injury rehabilitation, persistent pain, and occupational health.

Seema is an experienced registered nurse with over 17 years of combined experience in clinical nursing, healthcare quality improvement, case reviews, education development and delivery, and research. Her experience spans across mental health, aged care, drug and alcohol, community (including NDIS), general medicine and acute care. She has demonstrated expertise in translating complex medical information into clear, concise narratives and facilitating informed decision-making. Seema’s expertise further lies in reviewing clinical incidents and providing evidence-based analysis for cases involving negligence, psychological injury, documentation gaps, medication errors, duty of care breaches, and staff-related injuries.

Professor Simon Collinson graduated in Clinical Medicine (Neuropsychology) from the University of Oxford in 2001 and has been an expert witness for over 25 years, giving evidencein a number of high-profile litigation cases in Singapore, Brunei, Malaysia and Australia including a record compensation award for brain injury. He established the first professional clinical psychology programme in Singapore - one of the first in Asia, the first neuropsychology service at National University Hospital, Singapore, and he has been recognised in several international awards for his work.
