Dr Saies has practiced exclusively as an upper extremity orthopaedic surgeon predominantly in private practice at sportsmed in South Australia for 35 years and for the last 6 years in public practice as well. He has been providing medical reports as a treating surgeon, independent medical examiner, whole person impairment assessor for RTWSA and MAIS, for medical negligence cases and for SAET disputes in the workers compensation jurisdiction. Dr Saies has appeared in court as an expert witness in a number of jurisdictions over my career.I am quite comfortable giving evidence in court if needed.
