Seema is an experienced registered nurse with over 17 years of combined experience in clinical nursing, healthcare quality improvement, case reviews, education development and delivery, and research. Her experience spans across mental health, aged care, drug and alcohol, community (including NDIS), general medicine and acute care. She has demonstrated expertise in translating complex medical information into clear, concise narratives and facilitating informed decision-making. Seema’s expertise further lies in reviewing clinical incidents and providing evidence-based analysis for cases involving negligence, psychological injury, documentation gaps, medication errors, duty of care breaches, and staff-related injuries.

Prof Bain exclusively practices upper limb surgery. He is a member of the Australian Hand Surgery Society, the Australian Shoulder and Elbow Society as well as a number of international Associations.

Prof Martyn Ewer is a Psychiatrist who specialises in the assessment of post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety and substance use disorders.
