Dr Wallace is a fully qualified dermatologist (MBBS, FACD, fellowship 2012) and previously a research scientist (Chemistry, BSc hons, PhD). He is the principal dermatologist at a large dermatology practice in Sydney and a consultant dermatologist at The Skin Hospital, Westmead.

She has extensive experience in the assessment of clinical and behavioural issues that require a comprehensive view of psychological processes and their relevance to legal issues. Her highly specialised training allows her to combine clinical and forensic expertise to provide comprehensive assessments and expert reports that address both clinical and diagnostic questions, as well as forensic issues such as risk assessment and opinion regarding legal questions such as Fitness to Stand Trial and decision-making capacity, for example, financial management. Will accept Criminal assessments.

Dr Harry Chow

Dr Harry Chow

His postgraduate qualifications include a Master of Occupational and Environmental Health by Research from Monash University.

Dr Chow was awarded the AFOEM Ramazzini Presentation Prize for best scientific paper related to Occupational and Environmental medicine at the RACP Congress 2022.

Dr Chow is accredited for AMA4 (VIC/TAS) and AMA5 assessments and is a Certified Independent Medical Examiner (CIME) with the American Board of Independent Medical Examiners (ABIME). He is also a Medical Review Officer with the Australasian Medical Review Officers Association (AMROA).

In terms of leadership positions, he is currently the Treasurer General of the Victorian branch of The Australian and New Zealand Society of Occupational Medicine.

Dr Chow is available for independent medical examinations, fitness for duty assessments, permanent impairment assessments (AMA4 and AMA5) and workplace drug and alcohol interpretation.

Dr Mahdod Eftekar

Dr Mahdod Eftekar

Dr Eftekar holds accreditations in several key areas, including the American Medical Association Guides to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment, 5th Ed., the Comcare Guide to the Assessment of Degree of Permanent Impairment, and the Psychiatric Impairment Rating Scale. They are also certified as a Workers Compensation NSW Permanent Impairment Assessor and a Guidelines to the Evaluation of Permanent Impairment Trained Assessor. Dr Eftekar earned their Doctor of Medicine from the Iran Medical Council and holds fellowships with the Royal Australasian College of General Physicians and the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists. They also possess a Certificate in Consultation Liaison Psychiatry. He has held roles as a Psychiatrist at New Farm Clinic, QLD, and as a Consultation Liaison Psychiatrist at Princess Alexandra Hospital, Brisbane, QLD. They have also served as a Senior Lecturer at the University of Queensland, QLD, and worked in psychiatry at the Emotional Health Unit of Mater Hospital, Brisbane, QLD.

Mr Simon Dann

Mr Simon Dann

Areas that he has worked in extensively are treating Depression/Anxiety, Alcohol and Drug issues and Clients presenting with Employment and Personal relationship issues. He has a research interest in managing major mental illness through therapeutic treatment in addition to medication. Simon’s practice includes the belief that the majority of alcohol and drug issues are related to an underlying mh disorder and once that is treated the person can often reduce their subsequent drug and alcohol use. Finally, Simon has worked extensively with adults presenting with the challenges of ADHD and autism and has a keen interest in this evolving area.
