He is a SIRA-accredited WorkCover Permanent Impairment Assessor and a Motor Accident Guidelines Authorised Health Practitioner in the fields of Nervous System and Spine, and has been appointed as a Medical Assessor to the Personal Injury Commission. Ms Seema Dua

Seema holds a Master of Nursing and a Post-Graduate Diploma in Nursing (Mental Health), both from Monash University, as well as a Bachelor of Nursing from Deakin University. Dr Matthew Tuminello

Dr Matthew Tuminello

Dr Tuminello maintains a diverse practice across both public and private sectors. He consults privately at Masada Private Hospital, where he specialises in the management of spasticity and disability, including Botulinum toxin injections and intrathecal baclofen pump therapy. He also holds Visiting Medical Officer (VMO) appointments at Epworth, Masada, and Cabrini Hospitals.

In the public sector, Dr Tuminello holds a position at Alfred Health, where he provides specialist care within the Neurological and Burns Rehabilitation Unit. His clinical interests include spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke rehabilitation, and the rehabilitation of complex multi-trauma patients.

He is actively involved in research, including projects on upper limb rehabilitation in the early post-stroke period and the impact of rehabilitation on health-related quality of life following multi-trauma.

Dr Alcock has undertaken two Interventional Cardiology Fellowships, both locally and internationally. He has published and presented research in local, national, and
