Dr Claire Stewart
Claire loves explaining things to patients in a way that they can understand. She particularly loves seeing kids (including kids with ADHD and ASD) and has strong interests in allergic medicine, women’s health and genetics. She has further qualifications in skin cancer medicine and will happily perform skin excisions and do minor procedures. She also inserts and removes contraceptive implants and performs iron infusions.

Dr Julian Kelman
Dr Kelman is a Fellow of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP) and a certified member of the Faculty of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry. He completed specialist training across multiple tertiary centres, including Sydney Children’s Hospital, Prince of Wales Hospital, St Vincent’s Hospital, The Royal Hospital for Women, and The Forensic Hospital. He has also worked as a Staff Specialist within South Eastern Sydney Local Health District. This background provides him with substantial exposure to complex psychiatric presentations across forensic, public, and acute clinical settings.
In addition to private clinical practice, Dr Kelman regularly undertakes independent psychiatric examinations (IMEs) and report writing for legal proceedings. He offers assessments for matters involving workers’ compensation, Comcare, public liability, medical negligence, fitness for duty, capacity and guardianship, historical abuse, and complex causation disputes.
Dr Kelman is an authorised permanent impairment assessor with SIRA and holds certification in AMA4, AMA5, and GEPIC. His reports are structured, methodical, and aligned with jurisdictional requirements, with particular attention to consistency, internal logic, and medico-legal scrutiny. He is accustomed to addressing conflicting accounts, factual investigations, and longitudinal medical records.
Dr Kelman is also actively involved in medical education. He is a Conjoint Lecturer in Psychiatry and Mental Health at the University of New South Wales and has previously held academic appointments at the University of Sydney and the University of Newcastle. He has contributed to peer-reviewed medical research and served on hospital governance, training, and safety committees, further reinforcing a disciplined and standards-based approach to assessment.

Dr Siamak Seresti
His training included various surgical techniques for scoliosis correction, such as anterior and posterior approaches and vertebral body tethering (VBT). H received extensive training in neuromuscular scoliosis correction in Paris, France, and completed a fellowship in Bordeaux, France, under a renowned expert in sagittal balance in adult spinal deformity, particularly for back pain and flat back deformities. Ms Kristi Gilbert
She has been a legal nurse consultant for the past five years and have written over sixty reports. She holds a Bachelor of Nursing (Hons) and a Graduate Diploma in Critical Care Nursing from La Trobe University, VIC. Her career highlights include serving as a Flight Nurse at Careflight Top End in Darwin, NT, and as a Clinical Nurse Specialist in Anaesthetics at Bendigo Health Care Group, VIC. Ms Leesa Morris
She sees clients from early childhood through to octogenarians both in custody and the community. Her clients present with mental health conditions including PTSD, depression, anxiety, addiction, attachment disorders as well stress and well-being issues and victims of crime. She has recently added a Masters qualification in Forensic Linguistics to her skill set. This enables her to provide assistance to investigations and legal matters when the author of a document or utterance is unknown or unproven.
