Dr Stephen Thornley graduated from the University of Sydney in 1988 with a bachelor in medicine. He was then trained in Endocrinology and Internal Medicine at Prince of Wales, St George and Westmead Hospitals. He became a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physician in 1995. In 1996 he opened his own practice called Southern Endocrine where he still practices today.

Dr Debo Gorai is a Neurosurgeon with decades of experience in the medical industry. Dr Gorai completed his MBBS in 1991 before training in Neurology at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences in Bangalore, India.
In 2003, Dr Gorai travelled to Australia where he underwent peer review assessment and training in Neurology at St Vincent’s Hospital, Melbourne under the supervision of Professor Mark Cook and received his FRACP fellowship in 2006.

Dr Ho’s clinical expertise includes spinal pain disorders, neuropathic pain syndromes, complex regional pain syndrome (CRPS), post-surgical pain conditions, occupational and motor vehicle injury-related pain, and persistent disability presentations. His approach integrates pain medicine with functional rehabilitation principles, with particular focus on capacity, impairment, and return-to-work outcomes.
