She is a trained assessor in Permanent Impairment for Motor Accidents Authority, Workcover and Comcare. She has been a medico-legal assessor since 2003 and consults on Fitness for Duty assessments, Personal Injury and damages claims for selected legal cases, life insurance and defendant insurance company referrals.
Dr Thomas has both clinical competence and academic skills training in psychometric testing. She has interviewed, administered, interpreted and reported on a number of tests in a variety of contexts including occupational, clinical and forensic settings. Her expertise incorporates tests of aptitude, cognition, executive functioning and personality as well as work safety, malingering, emotional intelligence and skills-based assessments and includes NEO, MMPI, WAIS, WISC amongst many others.
Dr Thomas has over 30 years of clinical experience in public hospital and community facilities, private practice and occupational and academic arenas. She has provided assessment and management of children and adults with a wide range of psychiatric and psychological conditions, including psychotic disorders, personality disorders, adjustment disorders, PTSD, depressive disorders and anxiety. She has clinical experience in brain injury related to acquired and degenerative disorders and their cognitive and neuropsychological assessment.

He is the head of the Balance Disorders & Ataxia Service at the Royal Victorian Eye & Ear Hospital, founder of the Alfred Hospital Cerebellar Ataxia Clinic, honorary consultant Neurologist at St Vincent’s Hospital and Lecturer at Melbourne University. Dr. Sher completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales in 1991. Following this he completed a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering. His research thesis on Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction won the Evelyn Hamilton Memorial prize from the Australian Orthopaedic Association.
His Orthopaedic training was completed on the Sydney Orthopaedic Training Scheme. Dr. Sher then travelled overseas undertaking surgical subspecialty fellowships and is the former Head of the Department of Orthopaedics at Concord Repatriation Hospital.

Professor Walker completed his undergraduate medical training at the University of Queensland. He then studied for a doctorate PhD at the Queensland Institute of Medical Research on the Molecular Genetics of Astrocytomas (brain tumours) before undertaking advanced neurosurgical training at the Royal Brisbane Hospital and Royal Melbourne Hospital.

Dr Hedley Griffiths is a rheumatologist completing his medical degree in 1975 at the University of Melbourne. Completing residency in rheumatology in 1982 at the Geelong and Alice Spring Hospitals, he went on to consult at the now McKellar Centre, Geelong. Hedley was admitted to fellowship of the Royal Australian College of Physicians in 1982.

Dr Crock has extensive experience in the area of skin malignancies as well as reconstruction of hand and orthopaedic injuries. Dr Crock was awarded the Surgical Research Society’s Young Investigator Award, the Plastic Surgery Education Foundation Award (USA), The Johnson Clinical Research Award and the Australasian Plastic Surgery Registrar’s Research Award.
Dr Crock completed his medical qualifications at Melbourne University and then spent an extra year working with the Royal Flying Doctor Service in the Kimberley Ranges in WA, where he worked with the local community and the indigenous population.
