Oliver has expertise in medical leadership and clinical governance having an associate fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, has served as a Director of Medical Services, and is a member of the Safer Care Victoria Academy. He is a Certified Health Informatician Australasia, Clinical Associate Professor at the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health, University of Melbourne, and co-chair of the Digital Health Policy and Advisory Sub-committee for the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.
