Dr. Sher completed his medical degree at the University of New South Wales in 1991. Following this he completed a Masters Degree in Biomedical Engineering. His research thesis on Anterior Cruciate Ligament Reconstruction won the Evelyn Hamilton Memorial prize from the Australian Orthopaedic Association.

Dr Tamba-Lebbie recently celebrated 20 years since his qualification from the University of Otago. Dr Crowe has a special expertise in hip and knee replacements, as well as shoulder replacements for arthritis and cuff arthropathy , and well-developed expertise in the treatment of ligamentous injuries to the above joints, instability of the joints, particularly the patellofemoral joint of the knee and vast experience in articular cartilage restoration in the knee joint.
