Dr Ronald Shnier

He was a consultant specialist at RPAH between 1990 and 1993. He joined Sydney Imaging group and established one of Australia’s first Private MRI practices. Previous appointments include General Manager of Mayne’s Diagnostic Imaging in 2007 and was its National Director for many years. He is currently Vice-President (as well as past president) of ADIA. Dr Shnier has served on several international MRI advisory boards. He has a strong involvement in clinical research and education.

Prof Catherine Jones

Prof Catherine Jones

She advises several governments and clinical taskforces on appropriate imaging in dust disease and is Associate Professor at the School of Public and Preventive Health at Monash University. Professor Catherine Jones has been an I-MED consultant radiologist since 2011, initially with the Hobart campus and then transferred to the Queensland team in 2017. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and physics from the University of Queensland in 1997 and subsequently from medical school in 2001 before undertaking surgical and radiological training in the UK. She then completed a sub-specialty radiology fellowship in cardiothoracic radiology in Vancouver, Canada, before returning to Australia in 2011. She has fellowship qualifications in both Australia and the UK.

Dr Chian Aun Chang

He is based in Melbourne and practices both in the public and private sector. His interests are in hybrid anatomical and molecular imaging particularly with PET/CT.
