Once back in Australia she completed her bachelor’s degree in OT and got her start in Aged Care. Driving assessments were something Heather was very interested in since university and once given the opportunity to train with Williams OT jumped at the chance to switch fields and could not be happier with her decision. Heather is a qualified OT Driver Assessor and Rehab practitioner with additional qualifications in Heavy Vehicle and Motorbike assessments and is a qualified Motor Driving Instructor. Following the completion of a Bachelor of Health Sciences of a Master of Occupational Therapy, William commenced work as a Rehabilitation Consultant for the ADF. In this capacity, his experience includes a range of diagnoses including physical disability, neurological and spinal cord injuries, amputees, traumatic and acquired brain injury, and psychosocial diagnoses. With a caseload of this nature, clients often present with increasing complexity, multiple co-morbities and functional limitations across multiple areas of their life.
