Throughout her career, she has worked in a variety of clinical, quality, leadership, governance, and educational roles at prominent organisations such as Alfred Health, Monash University, Monash Health, La Trobe University, UnitingCare, Melbourne Health, and Arcare Aged Care. Her professional journey has encompassed significant contributions in clinical care, quality and safety oversight, healthcare governance, and academic and professional education, spanning hospital, community, university, and aged care environments.
