With over six years of dedicated experience in midwifery, Mrs Reyes has honed her skills across various facets of maternal care, including antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal services. Her tenure at Royal Darwin Hospital has seen her evolve from a rotational clinical midwife to her current role as an Clinical Midwife in the Delivery Suite, where she leads multidisciplinary teams in managing complex births and emergencies.

In this capacity, she is entrusted with the critical portfolio of managing stillbirths, neonatal deaths, and medical and/or social terminations of pregnancy. This involves overseeing the planning and provision of compassionate, evidence-based care, ensuring adherence to the Stillbirth Clinical Care Standard and the Care Around Stillbirth and Neonatal Death Clinical Practice Guideline.

Recognized for her commitment to safety and quality improvement, she actively contributes to clinical governance and incident reviews, ensuring the delivery of patient-centered care.
