Currently serving on the Clinical Panel for the Transport Accident Commission (TAC), Tim delivers structured, defensible reports on liability, reasonableness, and medical necessity for complex cases — including disputed claims, delayed recovery, and surgical or pain program pathways. His role has been pivotal in the rollout of physiotherapist-led liability reviews, now embedded in TAC’s system following their demonstrated superiority in efficiency and clinical accuracy.
Tim’s work is rooted in multidisciplinary reasoning, integrating imaging, function, and psychosocial context to advise on appropriate care — whether surgical, conservative, or psychosocial. He is equally confident producing detailed desktop file reviews, functional assessments, and full medico-legal style reports.
He brings experience from:

– Multidisciplinary pain and surgical triage across TAC/WorkSafe/DVA clients
– High-risk occupational health and functional evaluation across QLD industrial sites
– International service design (Qatar) in addiction and mental health, with focus on pain, substance use, Arabic-speaking clients, and integrated assessment across psychiatry, medicine, and allied health
– Clinical innovation in movement, injury prevention, and footwear
