Mr Rathbone finished a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) (1997), Graduate Diploma (Mental Health) (1998), and Master of Science (Mental Health) (1999) at the University of Wollongong. He then went on to study and get his Masters of Clinical Audiology at Macquarie University (2001).
