Dr Justin Daly
Dr J. Oliver Daly is a Subspecialist Urogynaecologist and Obstetrician in Melbourne, supporting the delivery of patient-centred multi-disciplinary team-based care and management of pelvic floor disorders. He is one of the co-founders of the Commonwealth-funded Australasian Pelvic Floor Procedure Registry, and has served as its academic fellow and clinical data lead. He has a special interest in birth-related pelvic floor trauma and severe acute maternal morbidity, published over 40 peer reviewed articles and book chapters, and is a scientific editor for BJOG: An International Journal of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
Oliver has expertise in medical leadership and clinical governance having an associate fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators, has served as a Director of Medical Services, and is a member of the Safer Care Victoria Academy. He is a Certified Health Informatician Australasia, Clinical Associate Professor at the Centre for Digital Transformation of Health, University of Melbourne, and co-chair of the Digital Health Policy and Advisory Sub-committee for the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators. Oliver has also served as a Chief Medical Informatics Officer supporting the implementation of a Electronic Medical Record systems, worked with the Therapeutic Goods Administration to develop and implement the Australian Unique Device Identification (UDI) System, and been involved in many aspects of information technology development, implementation and support for over 25 years.
