Dr John O'Brien
Dr O'Brien is a Senior Fellow of the Australian Orthopaedic Association, specialising in spinal surgery. He received his orthopaedic surgical training at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in the UK after graduating from the University of Melbourne.
With experience in both public and private sectors, he has held prestigious positions such as Director of Spinal Surgery and Head of the Orthopaedic Department at the Austin Hospital. He has also served as the former Chairman of the Victorian branch of the Australian Orthopaedic Association. He has extensive involvement in medicolegal examinations, including impairment assessments and expert witness work, and his research has been published and presented nationally and internationally.
