Dr Anna Kiaos is an expert in psychological workplace investigations. She consults with organisations in a variety of industries, including government, healthcare organisations, consulting firms and private enterprise to assess and improve an organisationu2019s ideology, culture, culture change management practices and approaches to leadership to improve the psychosocial wellbeing of Australian employees.
In only a short time, Dr Kiaos established a successful company servicing insurers via service providers to conduct complex psychological workplace investigations, which require methodical, highly detailed oriented research, interpretive and analytical skills. With a Ph.D. in Management and post graduate studies in communications and psychology, Dr Kiaos publishes academic research pertaining to workplace psychological and sociological factors. T.A. Kiaos received her PhD in Management from Macquarie University Business School, Master of Health Communication from the University of Sydney and Graduate Diploma of Psychology Advanced from Monash University.
