He is the founder of a large pain medicine group practice across multiple locations in NSW. He is a college examiner for the Faculty of Pain Medicine, ANZCA and an academic at Macquarie University's Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences. He has an established medico-legal practice and is a SIRA accredited IME for the motor accident and workers compensation schemes.
