A/Prof Mack is a Principal Associate at Eye Surgery Associates, a multi-disciplinary ophthalmic practice in Melbourne, where she heads the visual electrophysiology laboratory and clinical trials units. She has provided leadership in over 30 clinical trials to date. She was a board member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists 2011-2020 and was President 2018-2020.
She has been co-Facilitator/Assessor for training in AMA 4th Edition, Impairment assessment of the Visual System in Victoria (6/2021-2/2023) and NSW (2023-present).
