A.Prof Gino Pecoraro OAM

A/Professor Pecoraro completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 1988. He completed his fellowship in obstetrics and gynaecology in 1996.

A/Professor Pecoraro is a senior Visiting Medical Specialist at the Royal Brisbane and Women's Hospital. He is a past president of the Australian Medical Association, the National Association of Specialist Obstetricians and Gynaecologists, the Australian Gynaecological and Endoscopy Society, and the Australian and International Menopause Societies. He is also a past secretary of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetrics and Gynaecology (RANZCOG) and a current member of the Board for this organisation. A/Professor Pecoraro is keenly interested in medical journalism and regularly presents on Channel 10 News, Brisbane
