A.Prof Heather Mack AM

A/Prof Mack is a Principal Associate at Eye Surgery Associates, a multi-disciplinary ophthalmic practice in Melbourne, where she heads the visual electrophysiology laboratory and clinical trials units. She has provided leadership in over 30 clinical trials to date. She was a board member of the Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Ophthalmologists 2011-2020 and was President 2018-2020.

She has been co-Facilitator/Assessor for training in AMA 4th Edition, Impairment assessment of the Visual System in Victoria (6/2021-2/2023) and NSW (2023-present). Government appointments have included consultant to the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency for ophthalmic practice performance assessment (2013); Member of Medical Panels Victoria 2016-present; consultant to Therapeutic Goods Administration on retinal effects of a new drug 2015; and member of the Victorian Surgical Consultative Council 2004-2011. She has conducted over 100 independent assessments for legal firms in Australia.

Prof Simon Collinson

Professor Collinson has held positions on institutional medical and advisory boards in both public and private sector organisations including Fortune 50 insurers and health technology companies. Professor Collinson has authored over 90 scientific papers and 5 book chapters in neuropsychology including publications on traumatic brain injury and mental competency. He has convened several international meetings on brain injury and neuropsychology

Dr Raymond Crowe

Dr Raymond Crowe

Dr Crowe has a special expertise in hip and knee replacements, as well as shoulder replacements for arthritis and cuff arthropathy , and well-developed expertise in the treatment of ligamentous injuries to the above joints, instability of the joints, particularly the patellofemoral joint of the knee and vast experience in articular cartilage restoration in the knee joint.

He has seen many patients who have been injured at work and therefore under WorkCover insurance and also many TAC patients under TAC insurance and treated these patients extensively.

Dr Peter Habersberger

He is a Consultant Cardiologist for the Civil Aviation Safety Authority and to Surgeon General Australian Defence Force. Outside of his clinical roles, Dr Habersberger has also held a number of roles in education and research such as a Lecturer for the “Immerse Program” at Deakin University Medical School, Clinical Teacher at Monash University and Board Member at the Baker Institute Research Institute.
