Wendy Bevan is a highly experienced Occupational Therapist specializing in medico-legal assessments, including Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and Functional & Vocational (FV) Reports for all physical injury categories as well as psychiatric impairment.

Wendy’s assessments are Plaintiff-focused, and she has extensive experience in the areas of medical negligence (a specialty area), public liability, work injury damages, historical abuse claims, TPD superannuation employment capacity claims, motor vehicle accidents, and death benefits compensation claims. He has completed orthopaedic training in the UK and Sydney and his qualifications include MBBS, FRACS and FAOrthA.

Dr Rosenberg specialises in reconstruction, arthroplasty and minimally invasive surgery. He also performs Robotic Spinal Surgery as well as arthroplasty of hip and knee and arthroscopy. He has been on the federal training committee of the Australian Orthopaedic Association for the last 10 years. Dr Rosenberg also regularly participates in humanitarian missions to the Pacific with Orthopaedic Outreach, and also travels to Africa with Australian doctors for Africa.

Dr Peter Gray

Dr Gray”s qualifications include MBBS, FRACS, FAOrthA, and MHA (UNSW).

Following his specialist Orthopaedic training, Dr Gray undertook Fellowships in Hip and Knee Arthroplasty Surgery, Arthroscopic and soft tissue Knee Reconstructive Surgery, and Paediatric Orthopaedic Surgery. Over the next 30 years his principal area of practice involved the operative and non operative management of disorders of the hip and knee.

In addition, Dr Gray has had appointments at Public Hospitals (Ryde and The Children”s Hospital) and Private Hospitals (Norwest and Sydney Adventist) with Emergency Departments that required an on call Trauma commitment mainly dealing with pelvic and lower limb injuries.
