Dr Mpho Banda is an Occupational Physician who was trained and has worked in the Netherlands and Belgium for over 17 years experiencing a diverse range of industries including the pharmaceutical, insurance and HR industries. She is qualified with MD, MSc and FAFOEM.

Dr Banda has extensive experience establishing client needs, developing assessment tools and wellbeing programs aimed at increasing work participant and productivity, health status and return on investment for employers. She has knowledge, appreciation and understanding of economic and social issues affecting employees of diverse cultural backgrounds in the workplace. She is an accredited Medical Review Office (MRO) on drug and alcohol assessments and D&A policy. She is an Authorised Health Professional (AHP) for the rail industry.
