Dr Leo Zeller is a specialist in orthopaedic surgery who has been treating members of the Toowoomba community for over 15 years. He has been treating members of the Toowoomba and Darling Downs community for over 15 years.

Seema is an experienced registered nurse with over 17 years of combined experience in clinical nursing, healthcare quality improvement, case reviews, education development and delivery, and research. Her experience spans across mental health, aged care, drug and alcohol, community (including NDIS), general medicine and acute care. She has demonstrated expertise in translating complex medical information into clear, concise narratives and facilitating informed decision-making. Seema’s expertise further lies in reviewing clinical incidents and providing evidence-based analysis for cases involving negligence, psychological injury, documentation gaps, medication errors, duty of care breaches, and staff-related injuries.

Dr Brown is a qualified General Practitioner and current Advanced Trainee in Addiction Medicine (FAChAM expected 2026) working in public practice, with a broad background in health leadership and military medicine through the Royal Australian Air Force. His clinical experience spans primary care, addiction medicine (including alcohol and drug use), aviation medicine, mental health, and veteran care.

Justine McKeogh BSc(OT), PBSP is an Occupational Therapist with extensive clinical experience. Justine graduated from the University of Victoria (NZ) in 1988 with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.

Natalie Foxcroft is an experienced Occupational Therapist providing occupational rehabilitation services to workers, insurers, and employers since 2010. Her expertise incorporates a myriad of services including Case Management, RTW Programs and Training, Worksite Evaluations, Development of Suitable Duties Plans, Manual Handling Training, Home Assessments, Functional Capacity Evaluations, Vocational Assessments and Job Seeking Assistance, and IME and Medicolegal Assessments

Dr Neva Shebini is qualified Consultant Psychiatrist specialising in general adult psychiatry conditions, including PTSD, Dissociative Identity Disorder, institutional abuse and WorkCover.

Dr Christian Van Nieuwenhuysen’s areas of special interest include peripheral nerve blocks (and associated nerve injuries), peri-operative drug reactions (including anaphylaxis and allergy testing), accidental awareness under general anaesthesia, and intra-operative crisis management. He also provides expert anaesthetic care across a wide range of surgical fields, such as gynaecological, plastic, orthopaedic, urological, and general surgeries.

Samuel Chan is a kidney specialist and an NHMRC Emerging Leadership Fellow at Metro South Health in Queensland.

Dr Timothy Squire is a Radiation Oncologist and Director of Training at The Townsville Cancer Centre in Australia. He specialises in advanced cancer treatment technology and has expertise in radiation protection in space.
