Seema is an experienced registered nurse with over 17 years of combined experience in clinical nursing, healthcare quality improvement, case reviews, education development and delivery, and research. Her experience spans across mental health, aged care, drug and alcohol, community (including NDIS), general medicine and acute care. She has demonstrated expertise in translating complex medical information into clear, concise narratives and facilitating informed decision-making. Seema’s expertise further lies in reviewing clinical incidents and providing evidence-based analysis for cases involving negligence, psychological injury, documentation gaps, medication errors, duty of care breaches, and staff-related injuries.

Ms Kristi Gilbert is a Critical Care Registered Nurse with thirty years of clinical experience in a variety of areas including ICU, ED, anaesthetics, medical/surgical, community nursing, wound care, infusion therapies (including Iron, Immune, and Chemotherapy), acute medical and surgical nursing, aged care and nursing management.

Justine McKeogh brings over 38 years of allied health experience to her role as a registered Behaviour Practitioner and certified Neurodivergent Coach. A proud member of Occupational Therapists Australia, she's a strong advocate for the vital role of occupational therapy and specialist behaviour practitioners.

Ms McDougall is an experienced Occupational Therapist and Rehabilitation Consultant who has experience across diverse industries.

Dr Amanda J White is a dually trained, qualified and endorsed Forensic Psychologist and Clinical Neuropsychologist with over 15 years’ experience; one of only a few psychologists with these dual qualifications in the state of New South Wales.

Mr Nicholas Catto has worked as a Registered Clinical Psychologist in New Zealand and Australia since 2017. He divides his clinical time between working therapeutically with clients across the lifespan and completing a range of assessments. He has a broad range of experience and expertise in working with clients through Medicare, the NDIS, Lifetime Care/iCare, CYPS, and ACT Together.

Dr. Michael Ow-Yang is a Consultant Neurosurgeon specializing in pain management for spinal disorders, including neck and back pain, neuropathic pain, and disc issues. He focuses on minimally invasive treatments like steroid injections, radiofrequency denervation, and cervical disc replacement. He also treats spinal tumors, fractures, and brain tumors, and offers neurosurgical solutions for chronic pain and spinal fusion surgery.

As well as providing medicolegal services she is currently engaged as a senior clinician providing clinical services and fitness for duty advice to the Australian Defence Force.
