QLD Business Development Manager

Account and Relationship Management (Sales)

Full-Time
We are looking for a dynamic, self-starting BDM to lead and manage our growing QLD business and to build on our existing QLD client relationships whilst also identifying and developing new business. Ideally you have industry experience either in a law firm (plaintiff or defendant), or with an insurer. You understand the Personal Injury industry. You are a person of integrity with a strong work ethic and you are proactive in offering ideas and suggestions. Your relationship skills ensure that you can build rapport with external stakeolders to create positive and productive partnerships. Working from home initially, you will also need to visit our clients across Brisbane and across the State from time to time – so you need your own vehicle and current, unrestricted Class C drivers’ licence.You will attend conferences and identify events and forums to add value and build networks.
You will have the support of team members to assist you with administration and regular engagement with the CEP and Executive team to guide you.

Tech savvy, you will be working with professional accounting software as well as our customised workflow management software to generate analysis, reports and presentations for senior management. You will bring you strong communicatio and negotiation skills to debt recovery and lending agreements. You will also work closely with medical specialists to deliver subject matter educational services.
