He also loves helping the “weekend warrior” to perform at their best. He is a previous board member of the Australian Podiatry Association (NSW & ACT), and board member of Sports Medicine Australia and the Australasian Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. Since 2012 Mr Hayes has been a biomechanics lecturer, clinical supervisor & examiner at Western Sydney University Podiatry School. He regularly conducts intensive workshops across this many areas of specialty.
