Assoc. Prof Blumenthal is an experienced Obstetrician & Gynaecologist. He has particular interests in laparoscopic surgery where he trained with Professor Bruhat in France and Dr Ray Gary in England.
Assoc. Prof Blumenthal is a foundation member of the Australian Gynaecological Endoscopy Society (AGES). He is also a member of the Australian Society for Colposcopy and Cervical Pathology (ACCP) and the Australian Menopause Society (AMS).
