Dr Saies has practiced exclusively as an upper extremity orthopaedic surgeon predominantly in private practice at sportsmed in South Australia for 35 years and for the last 6 years in public practice as well. He has been providing medical reports as a treating surgeon, independent medical examiner, whole person impairment assessor for RTWSA and MAIS, for medical negligence cases and for SAET disputes in the workers compensation jurisdiction.
