Dr Michael Harbord is a Paediatrician and Neurologist who has many years of experience in conducting MedicoLegal assessments and report writing. His qualifications include MBBS and FRANZCP. His areas of specialty are causation in cerebral palsy eg birth asphyxia and life expectancy in cerebral palsy.
