As of November 2022, with the current increase of COVID19 cases our company is taking extra precautions to keep our staff, our specialists and the claimants safe.

 COVID regulations may change regularly and an updated email is sent weekly to anyone attending an in person assessment advising them of the regulations.

 Any assessments taking place in our MAG Sydney Rooms located on York St, or our MAG Melbourne Rooms located on Little Collins St are required to either provide a vaccination certificate which shows at least 2 doses of COVID19 vaccination, or a negative COVID test result. This can be in the form of a PCR test taken no more than 48 hours prior to the assessment, or a RAT test taken on the day of the assessment.

 If a claimant fails to provide either of these upon arrival to the rooms, a cancellation fee will be applied and the assessment will be rescheduled at a later date.
